| The schedule is organized with the following goals: |
| Q-Fests will be scheduled to not interfere with BBQ contests and
generally every 4 to 6 months, one in summer and another in
winter. |
| Picnics
and parties will be scheduled during the major
holidays of summer: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
and Christmas. |
