OUR MISSION

The mission of the California Barbecue Association is to teach, enjoy, preserve, and promote barbeque as a true American food. To help various children's charities in California by conducting barbecue events throughout the state of California.

Members of the Association include backyard barbecue enthusiasts, community leaders, barbecue retailers and others interested in promoting barbecue and in helping needy children.

The Association hosts and sanctions many barbecue events throughout California. These barbecue events include:

Barbecue picnics

Barbecue parties

Barbecue seminars

Barbecue classes

Barbecue contests

Barbecue festivals (called "Q-Fests")
