 Jeni Ford of the 'BBQ'n Fools Team' made this recipe for their dessert entry in the American Royal BBQ Contest in KC in 2003.  She also made it for the 2003 Winter Q-Fest where is was a real hit.  We thank Jeni for sharing her special recipe with us.

Pizza la Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pound white chocolate (8 square sections)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1.5 cups Rice Crispies
1 cup peanuts
6 oz. red maraschino cherries (cut in half)
4 oz. green maraschino cherries (cut in half) optional
1/3 cut coconut flakes optional
1 teaspoon corn oil

Microwave the chips and 14 oz. of white chocolate in a 2 quart bowl on high for 2 minutes, stir. Continue microwaving until smooth (1-2 minutes or more).

Stir in Rice Crispies, peanuts, and marshmallows.

Pour on to a greased 12 pizza pan or use wax paper on a cookie sheet. Top with cherries and coconut.

Now microwave the rest of the white chocolate and oil for about 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

Drizzle over pizza. Refrigerate until firm.

Store at room temperature.

You can cut it into squares or pizza slices.
