Paul Kirk's barbecue rub for chicken

This is Paul Kirk's Barbecue Rub for Chicken Rub or Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lawery's seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lawery's garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lawery's Lemon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients and blend well.  Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.

Makes about 16 ounces.
