Restaurant reviews
From time to time, Association members visit and review California
barbecue restaurants, including up-scale restaurants, down-home take-out
joints, and those in between.
Barbecue restaurants will be eligible to have a review published on
this website only if the meats are cooked in a smoker with the smoke
provided by the burning of hardwood. A restaurant that uses gas
and wood is also eligible for review.
